Three-Ingredient Blackberry Jam (AIP-friendly)
Stir all ingredients into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, uncovered.
Boil 15 minutes, stirring frequently and smashing the berries with the back of a wooden spoon.
The jam is finished when the liquid has reduced by about half.
