Sweet Potato and Greens Breakfast Sauté

Ingredients
  • 4-5 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 box of organic spinach
  • Sea salt and ground pepper try to replace with papaya pepper if possible

  • 4-5 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped

  • 1 box of organic spinach

Instructions
  1. Fry the bacon and set aside. Leave the bacon grease in the pan to cook in!
  2. Sauté the onion and sweet potato with a few pinches of sea salt for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for a minute.
  4. Add the spinach and cooked bacon and cook until the spinach wilts.
  5. Add seasoning to taste (salt and pepper)
  6. Preparing the ingredients the evening before will make this meal quick and easy in the morning.
