  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 4 tbsp psyllium husk powder gluten free
  • 6 tbsp golden flax meal
  • 2 tsp baking powder gluten free
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 egg

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a jar and shake well to combine. With these dry ingredients already mixed, it makes making bread quick, simple and easy. The mixed ingredients can keep on the countertop for up to 3 weeks.
  2. Whenever you fancy bread, take a small container that can go in the microwave (i.e. ramekin dish)
  3. Put 1 tbsp of butter in the dish and melt in microwave (15-20 seconds)
  4. Then add 1/4 cup of the pre-mixed dry ingredients.
  5. Add 1 egg and mix thoroughly with a fork until mixture is uniform.
  6. Bake in microwave for approximately 80 seconds. (time can vary a bit depending on the strength of you microwave)
